Because our homes are prefabricated in our warehouse, that means they are completely customisable to your requirements. Our average lead times on a prefab home is between 12-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of your build. 

For example, prefab homes with no internal fitouts required may be completed within a shorter time frame.

We ensure our building process is a turnkey system, to get the most efficient outcome for your project. That means that as soon as you sign off on your quote, we are able to start building straight away without delays.

The structure includes a robust steel base (150UB/200UB), Yellow Tongue flooring, known for it’s strength, aluminium windows and doors, insulated wall and roof panels with up to BAL40 fire rating and R2 insulation rating.

Our commitment to using only Australian-sourced materials ensures the longevity and safety of our portable homes, making them suitable for a variety of Australian conditions.

All of our prefab homes are built to above Australian building standards for class 1a buildings, and are certified to withstand Australian weather conditions.

Each building comes with warranty for up to 15 years.
