The design process

Once you have selected your portable home design, desired building package and colours, then you’re ready to go. Fill out our quote request form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

The build process

All of our portable homes are manufactured in Australia, using 100% Australian materials. Each home is custom built to your exact requirements. We take pride in our thorough build process to ensure every customer is happy with their portable home.

Step 1

The base

We begin by constructing your steel skid base using high quality universal beams before being spray painted for rust protection.

Step 2

Flooring

Your chosen flooring is laid. Here we have vinyl flooring being laid over 19mm yellow tongue sheets and custom designed C sectioned purlins.

Step 3

Cool room panels

Insulated structural cool room panels are carefully installed by the team. They are fitted and screwed off making the building structurally sound.

Step 4

External Cladding

If you have chosen one of our premium or architectural building packages, your chosen external cladding is fitted to the cool room panels.

Step 5

Interior

If you have chosen a portable home design with a kitchen or bathroom, these will be fitted out before a final clean in preparation for transport.

Step 6

Delivery

Your portable home is delivered to your site, complete and ready to be connected up.
