Who we are

Moduluxe is owned and operated by KAY Digital Pty Ltd in Australia. Moduluxe is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of any personal information provided to us. Moduluxe complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the National Privacy Principles. To enable us to provide some of our services to you, we need to collect personal information from you – usually your name and email address. You may also choose to provide us with your mobile phone number.

To keep you informed of latest news, special offers, free giveaways and handy tips we automatically subscribe you to our free newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by choosing the unsubscribe link but you would be crazy to, as you will miss out on many special offers and great handy advice you will not get elsewhere!

Who we share your data with

We utilise Mailchimp to collect and store all of the information that is provided to us via our brochure download form, contact us form or subscription form. This data includes your name, email address and phone number if provided.

How long we retain your data

For users that fill out one of our forms, we will store the personal information they provided on the form. We will retain your data for up to 7 years, unless requested via email to have their information removed via [email protected]

What rights you have over your data

If you have filled out one of our forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
