Our range of portable homes and buildings start at 3 x 6 metres and go up to 15 metres long and 8.4 metres wide. Each one comes with a variety of floor plans that can suit a variety of situations.

The Range
Every Moduluxe home is built to the highest standards, featuring a durable steel portal frame, 90mm steel wall framing, aluminium windows and doors, and full insulation across the floor, walls, and roof. Our homes are NCC compliant and meet or exceed a 7-star energy rating. Plumbing and electrical inclusions are available if specified. While these are our standard inclusions, all designs can be customised to suit your needs at an additional cost.

Whether you need council approval to install a portable home depends on your local council regulations and the specifics of the portable building, such as it’s size and intended use.
All our modular homes we offer are CDC compliant, meaning a reduced approvals process.
Some sites may require a development application which we can assist you with.
We also offer an exempt range, which is a modular building less than 20 square metres which requires no council approval at all.
Our portable homes are transported using specialised vehicles tailored for hauling larger structures.
The size of your portable home and your specific location will determine the transportation method.
We manage all aspects of transportation, ensuring safe delivery from our factory to your site, typically charging per kilometre based on the buildings length.
We can organise pre-inspecation of your site to determine the suitability of any transport options.
If you have specific access issues or concerns at your site, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
Our buildings can be easily placed on flat ground, if your location is level.
If your building will be placed on uneven ground, we recommend a concrete piering system to allow the building to sit level to the ground.

Absolutely. We have a range of options to choose from for each area of the portable home including; the kitchen benchtop, kitchen cupboards, external cladding, vinyl, windows, doors and more.
If you have a portable building with a bathroom or kitchen installed, all of our buildings are fully wired for electrical and fully plummed for plumbing.
