Our average lead times on a transportable home is between 12-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of your build. 

For example, transportable homes with no internal fitouts required may be completed within a shorter time frame.

The structure includes a robust steel base (150UB/200UB), Yellow Tongue flooring, known for it’s strength, aluminium windows and doors, insulated wall and roof panels with up to BAL40 fire rating and R2 insulation rating.

Our commitment to using only Australian-sourced materials ensures the longevity and safety of our portable homes, making them suitable for a variety of Australian conditions.

All of our transportable homes are built to above Australian building standards for class 1a buildings, and are certified to withstand Australian weather conditions.

We use only the highest quality materials to meet these rigorous standards to ensure a quality modular home for you, for years to come.

Each building comes with warranty for up to 15 years.
