Building Packages

• Super Strong 150UB/200UB Steel Base – our base is up to 3 times the size of others manufactures – this saves you money long term, as the chances of twisting/warping after being moved multiple times are virtually nil (150UB for Buildings up to 8m and 200UB for Buildings 9m and over).
• 19mm Yellow Tongue Flooring – we fit strong flooring inside your new Portable Building. Combining the flooring with our super strengthened base is a strong foundation for your portable building.
• Aluminium Windows and Doors – as standard we use face fit aluminium windows and doors with sliding glass; this gives you light inside while still giving you security when you are not around.
• Insulated Wall and Roof Panels – BAL40 fire rated and R2 Insulation rated 50mm EPS Structural Coolroom Panels gives you warmth in winter and coolness in summer like no other portable building on the market!
• Wiring – we will wire up your new Portable Building however you like – just ask when you order.
• Floor Insulation – All our buildings as standard come with R2 rated floor insulation!

Our Premium Building Package includes everything from the Standard Building Package plus:

• Your choice of; K-Panel Colorbond Cladding (top image) – we clad your walls with genuine Australian-made colorbond cladding – this gives you peace of mind that you have a quality cladding to ensure your new Portable Building can stand the heat, wind, rain and anything else the Australian weather can throw at it. OR:
• Vinyl Cladding (bottom image) – instead of using colorbond cladding, we give you the option of having the luxurious look of a vinyl cladded portable building which comes with a lifetime warranty (MOST POPULAR OPTION).
• Colour Coded Fasteners – your new Portable Building fasteners and flashings are also colour coded so everything matches to your chosen cladding colour.
• Colour Coded Skirting – your new Portable Building will be installed with colour matched interior skirting throughout so everything matches to your chosen window and flashing colour.

Our Architectural Building Package includes everything from the Standard Building Package plus:

• Dominion Colorbond Cladding – we clad the face of the building with genuine Australian-made colorbond cladding – this beautiful luxurious product is used on many modern homes and provides a great alternative to our Premium range of buildings.
• Corrugated Colorbond Cladding – used on the sides and rear of the building when combined with Dominion Colorbond cladding, this gives your new portable building a beautiful Architectural inspired design.
• Eaves – we include eaves around three sides of your building setting apart your building from the rest – creating a look like no other!
• Colour Coded Fasteners – your new Portable Building fasteners and flashings are also colour coded so everything matches to your chosen cladding colour.
